Common Challenges We Solve

The Long Wave InfraRed (LWIR) light produced by CO2 lasers is ideal for cutting and converting polymers and thin-film materials. Lasers enable device manufacturers to produce features that otherwise would be problematic or even impossible to die-cut, without the need for tooling. In contrast to traditional mechanical converting, laser digital converting utilizes the features of lasers and advanced software technology to convert parts with extremely high accuracy in a variety of production environments. Finally, lasers offer short set-up times without consumable parts and a long operating lifetime, which helps minimize production downtime.

  1. Average power ranging from 1W to 50W
  2. Peak power ranging from 5W to 120W
  3. Linear polarization
  4. High pulse repetition frequency up to 100kHz
