IR spectroscopy can be used in a variety of settings to resolve the presence of aromatic compounds to the part-per-billion or part-per-trillion level. The wide spectral range offered by our grating enabled lasers enables identification of hundreds of chemical species.

  1. Wavelength selection with single-line emission from 9.0-11.4µm or 5.2-5.8µm
  2. Power range from 200mW to more than 10W
  3. Enhanced polarization light sources can improve the signal-to-noise ratio of polarimetric measurements
  4. Our longwave infrared lasers have long coherence lengths, ideal for remote detection
  5. Q-switch enabled lasers with peak powers exceeding 1kW allow stand-off detection
