We want to thank you for your patience during this very challenging situation and provide you with an update on our response to the COVID-19 health emergency. Access Laser is closely monitoring the status of the outbreak and its potential adverse impact on our customers and business.
At Access Laser, the safety and well-being of our employees and our customers is always our priority, and we recognize the important role we play in providing our customers with laser systems that enable advanced research and manufacturing.
The State of Washington has implemented a “stay at home” order effective immediately. The government agencies have indicated the order will last for two weeks until April 6, 2020 and could be extended. Due to the order, all Access Laser employees are working from home and practicing social distancing. However, shipments, repairs, and communication at this time will be delayed until further notice. The only exception to this is our customers who have been qualified as essential businesses, if you believe that you fall under this category then please inform us of this as part of your outreach.
As we continually monitor the situation, rest assured that we will provide the latest updates as they become available. We recommend our customers follow the guidance of the CDC www.cdc.gov and World Health Organization (WHO) www.who.int. We appreciate your continued support and the trust you place in us.
